Opinions on the current state of US' global power and influence Singapore 2019
According to a survey for experts on Southeast Asia from the various industries and in academia in Singapore, 49.2 percent of those surveyed said that the U.S.' global power and influence has deteriorated compared to the previous year. The U.S. has been pursuing a policy of protectionism, especially with regards to international trade. This has been seen as rather harmful to the image of the U.S. as a global superpower.
