As of August 2021, the main source of desktop traffic on Gojek.com was based on using a search engine. In comparison, 28.14 percent of the traffic on Gojek website happened via direct access. According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in April 2019, 13.9 percent of the respondents who used GoJek as their to-go transportation app associated it with its user friendliness.
