Familiarity with eSports in Italy 2019
In 2019, almost half of the Italian interviewees involved in a survey conducted by YouGov were familiar with eSports. According to the data, those who had at least heard of eSports accounted for 45 percent of all respondents in the selected year. Conversely, those who were still playing them at the time of the survey only consisted of seven percent of all respondents.
