Means of payment for the last purchase in Sweden 2014-2018
Three consecutive surveys were conducted in 2014, 2016 and 2018 among Swedish consumers, investigating how they paid for their last purchase. Debit card was the most common method in the evaluated period; debit cards were utilized in the last purchase by nearly 80 percent of the respondents in 2018.
