Respondents who think a gender pay gap is unfair Singapore 2019
When asked about whether a gender pay gap is fair, 59 percent of respondents in Singapore stated that they found it to be unfair. Even so, the same survey found that the majority of the respondents could not correctly identify what a gender pay gap is, which is when one gender is being paid lesser on average than another.
