Match TV channel audience share during COVID-19 in Russia 2020

As most sports events around the world were cancelled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the audience share of the Russian sports channel Match TV saw a significant decline in March 2020. On March 12, 2020, only 3.7 percent of the television audience from its target group (male, aged 14-59) in large cities watched Match TV, compared to 5.3 percent recorded on the same day one year ago.
