Post coronavirus GDP per capita growth forecast in Sweden 2020-2023

The GDP per capita in Sweden was forecast to have a negative growth rate of 6.9 percent in 2020, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, according to forecasts from June 18, 2020. This figure was more dramatic than what was forecast in January and March 2020, when it was expected to grow by 0.2 and later minus 4.8 percent. According to the latter forecast, the GDP per capita was expected to have a positive growth rate the following years.
