PPE availability in Russia during COVID-19 2020, by type

As of April 2020, the volume of masks produced in Russia and imported into the country covered only one quarter of the total daily demand of the population for this type of personal protective equipment (PPE) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The availability of gloves for medical personnel in direct contact with infected persons was measured at 17 percent.
