According to a survey conducted in Argentina, over 70 percent of travel agencies specialized in inbound tourism in the country believed that the tourism sector would start to see a recovery between September and December 2020, after the slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting global lockdown. Nearly ten percent of travel agencies surveyed shared a more pessimistic estimation for the sector, foreseeing the beginning of the tourism recovery in the first half of 2021.
