Fur trade is one of people's main concerns regarding animal welfare. More and more companies today are making the decision to stop using fur. According to the label Fur Free Retailer, more than 1,100 companies in the world have committed to go fur-free, including 240 in France. This trend also reflects in French people's opinion: as stated by the source, in France, in 2022, a majority of consumers (89 percent) were against this practice.
