Annual house price change in Germany 2006-2023, per quarter

The nominal price of residential properties in Germany started to decline in 2022, after a long period of growth. In the third quarter of 2023, nominal prices declined by 10.23 percent annually. Adjusted for inflation, the decrease was even stronger, at 14.99 percent.
