Collection points for used textiles, linen and shoes in France 2014-2020, by type
Today, used clothing, home textiles and footwear items are collected through five main collection methods: through associations/thrift shops, at stores/sales points, containers, waste facilities and pop-up drop-off points. Between 2014 and 2020, the breakdown of these collection points has fluctuated, and it would seem that between 2014 and 2020 container use has declined.
