According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on dietary supplements in Malaysia conducted in July 2022, the majority of female and male respondents stated that they believed such products worked. Dietary supplements included herbal or botanical substances, minerals, or vitamins, taken to supplement the diet to improve health.
