Consumer ratio of health foods with nutrient claims in Japan 2022
Around 11.5 percent of consumers in Japan stated that they were consuming foods with nutrient function claims (FNFC), as revealed in a survey conducted in March 2022. While around 32 percent of respondents declared their intention to try FNFC products, almost 42 percent stated to have no intention to try them.
