Leading reasons for using mobile dating app in Indonesia 2024, by gender

According to a survey on mobile dating apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia in August 2024, 46 percent of female and 51 percent of male respondents who used mobile dating apps stated that they used such apps to meet people they would otherwise never have crossed paths with. The same survey found that around 30 percent Indonesian respondents used mobile dating apps.
