Ratio of e-commerce specialized employees in Vietnam 2019, by business sector

As surveyed in 2019, the health, education, and training sector reportedly had the largest share of e-commerce specialized human resources in Vietnam, as stated by 46 percent of enterprises within this sector. Around 45 percent of the respondents from the information technology and communications sector employed labor dedicating to e-commerce, hence the second-largest share among all sectors. Whereas approximately 17 percent surveyed businesses from the construction sector reported to have the mentioned labor force, the lowest proportion observed.
