According to a recent survey, 29 percent of respondents from the United States state that employees should be in the office three days a week to keep a strong company culture. Company culture refers to a set of shared values, goals, and attitudes that characterize an organization. As an increasing number of employees work remotely and from different locations, company culture may be weakened.

*Respondents represent public and private companies in three sectors: financial services (43%), technology, media and telecommunications (31%), retail and consumer goods (26%).

Respondents job titles: chairman (36%), CEO or executive director (36%), vice president (18%).

83 percent of respondents are from companies with annual revenues greater than 1 billion U.S. dollars.
