Sales-output ratio of baijiu in China 2015-2019
In 2019, around 97.3 percent of the baijiu production was sold to consumers in China, slightly decreasing from 99.3 percent in the previous year. In total, approximately 7.6 billion liters of baijiu were sold in China that year.
