Export value of copper and articles thereof from South Africa 2015-2019
In 2019, an approximate value of 630 million U.S. dollars of copper were exported from South Africa. This was a decrease in value in comparison to the preceding year, when roughly 741 million U.S. dollars of the base metal was exported. Furthermore, China was the main trade partner of South Africa in terms of exports of copper with a share of around 55 percent.
