Correlation between blood pressure and smoking India 2020
As per the results of a large scale survey conducted across India in 2020, about 19 percent of the respondents with high or low blood pressure stated that they were smokers. There was a rising trend in lifestyle diseases like diabetes, thyroid and blood pressure across the country when compared to the previous years of the survey.
