Main mineral resources in Mozambique 2020
In 2020, Mozambique's main mineral resources included, among others, graphite, coal, natural gas, gold, and precious stones. That year, the country produced over eight million metric tons of coking and steam coal. The graphite output was measured at 12 thousand metric tons, while nearly 500 kilograms of gold were mined.
