Import volume of meat in Tanzania 2010-2020, by type
Tanzania imported roughly 8,000 metric tons of meat in 2020, the highest volume registered in the period observed. Poultry meat was the most imported, accounting for some 7,000 metric tons. Overall, meat imports into the country have strongly increased from the 2,300 metric tons in 2010.
