Hong Kong: expected change in food expenses during Chinese New Year 2023

During a survey among Hong Kong residents conducted in January 2023, around 31 percent of respondents stated that they were expecting to increase their spending on food during the Lunar New Year holidays in 2023 compared to the previous year. Approximately 17 percent were planning on spending less on food products during the upcoming holidays.
