Nordics: educational attainment of women 2021

The most common educational level among women in all five Nordic countries is a tertiary education. In both Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, more than 50 percent of the female adult population had a tertiary education in 2021. In Denmark the share was just below 50 percent. Women in the Nordic countries have a higher educational level than their male counterparts.
