Japan: annual credit card membership fees 2021

In a survey conducted from November to December 2021, around 56.5 percent of the respondents in Japan reported paying no membership fees for their credit cards. At the same time, more than one-fourth of cardholders paid annual membership fees of up to 10 thousand Japanese yen.
