In 2022, racial diversity in the U.S. workforce of JPMorgan Chase varied across job categories. The share of employees who identified as white was the highest on the executive and senior level, where 75 percent of the officials and managers were white. The share of white employees decreased gradually on lower corporate levels. Among the first and mid-level officials and managers, 53 percent of the employees were white.
