Company departments in charge of social issues according to marketers in Europe 2021
According to a survey carried out among marketers in France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands between September and October 2021, 26 percent of respondents said the HR department was responsible for social matters in their company. The highest share of respondents stating this was found in France, with 36 percent, while the lowest was represented by the Netherlands' 12.5 percent. Almost one third of German respondents said social matters were part of everyone's job - a sentiment that was echoed by 10 percent of French respondents.
