Online search interest in e-commerce India 2021, by keyword
A Google survey on online search behavior reported, Indian consumers showed a heightened interest in e-commerce and related topics while surfing the Internet in 2021. D2C brands, in particular, piqued Indian users' curiosity with online search interest having shot up by over 500 percent. This was followed by a 100 percent increase in users googling "online sale days" during the same period. One of the aftermaths of the COVID-19 pandemic in India was a flurry of activity in the e-commerce sector.
