CIS: mobile subscription rate by country 2021

Russia had the highest mobile cellular subscription rate among the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), at nearly 169 subscriptions per 100 inhabitants in 2021. Turkmenistan followed, with an estimated subscription rate of 150 in 2020. The lowest figure was recorded in Uzbekistan at around 103 subscriptions per 100 population.
