According to a survey in May 2022, around 49 percent South Koreans employed in the social overhead capital and other service industries responded that their work was hard to handle in home office. Workers in the agriculture, forestry and fishery industry stated that this reason proved remote work to be ineffective for them with a respondents' share of roughly 35 percent.
