In a July 2022 survey on mobile connectivity conducted across eight Asian countries, 61 percent of the respondents in Singapore believed that privacy and security concerns hindered the potential usage of mobile usage at work. In Malaysia, 45 percent of the respondents highlighted a lack of trust in technology as a barrier.
