A survey released in 2023 showed that just under one-third of shoppers are willing to pay extra for sustainable products and delivery, according to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the U.S. .
In turn, nearly four in ten surveyed professionals from SMEs based in the U.S. thought that shoppers were not willing to be charged for eco-friendlier shipping or more sustainable products.
