With an 8.9 score, Emirates, Japan Airlines, and Qatar Airways tied for first place and were ranked as the best carriers based on customer opinion, in a survey conducted between January and October 2022. The most punctual mega airline company, All Nippon Airways, ranked tenth with an 8.4 customer opinion score.
