PRs' attitudes toward generative AI at work 2023

As of December 2023, almost two-thirds (or 64 percent) of public relations (PR) professionals surveyed worldwide reported using generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions such as ChatGPT or DALL-E at work. Earlier that year, that share stood at 33 percent as of April. Meanwhile, the percentage of PRs saying they did not plan to explore those tools declined from 15 to five percent. According to the same study, research and list building was the PR area most impacted by AI adoption according to professionals worldwide as of late 2023.
