Types of plan changes offered by merchants to subscribers in the U.S. 2023
A survey conducted in April of 2023 revealed that top merchants that offered subscription based retail to their consumers also offered an option to change the product consumers were subscribed to, with 96.7 percent of merchants offering this type of change. The same percentage of top merchants offered their consumers a subscription pause feature.
