In a survey conducted in 2023 in India, it was found that for 40 percent of the respondents, the most crucial factors when selecting a digital travel booking platform were a flexible cancellation and refund policy, along with a wide range of accommodation options. The ability to book various aspects of travel was almost as important as these top two considerations.
