A July 2023 survey analyzed the importance of booking a trip entirely online among global travelers from different generations. Overall, Millennials reported the highest figure, with 86 percent of the sample believing it is important to book a trip entirely online. By contrast, respondents from the Baby Boomer generation recorded the lowest figure, at 66 percent.
