Inclination of employees to use generative AI at the workplace in Japan 2023

In a survey conducted in May 2023 among white-collar employees in Japan who were aware of generative artificial intelligence (AI), 54 percent of the respondents stated they want to use generative AI at their workplace. The share of respondents who wanted to do so very much amounted to 11 percent.
