Reasons for using click-and-collect services in India November 2023, by age
In a survey by Rakuten Insight on omnichannel retail in November 2023, 49 percent of consumers between the ages of 35 and 44 years used click-and-collect services for a quick in-and-out experience while shopping. On the other hand, 11 percent of respondents aged over 55 years and above used the service for dedicated parking spots.
