Share of women in C-suite roles in financial services worldwide 2012-2031, by region
In 2022, Oceania was the region with the highest share of women in C-suite roles in the financial services industry. In that region, over 24 percent of the C-suite roles were held by women, which was significant progress compared to the 12.3 percent in 2012. North America followed, with 19 percent of C-suite positions held by women in 2022.
