Gender diversity at PNC in the U.S. 2021, by job category

The share of female and male employees at PNC Financial Services showed significant differences across various job categories. The share of female employees was the highest among the administrative support workers, where more than 75 percent of the employees were women. On the higher levels of corporate roles, the share of female employees decreased gradually. Among the first and mid-level officials and managers, the share of female employees was approximately 51 percent. Representation of female employees was the lowest on the executive and senior level, where 25.6 percent of the employees were female.
