According to a survey about sustainable consumption conducted by Rakuten Insight in Asia in December 2023, around 68 percent of respondents in Indonesia have adopted sustainable shopping practices in the last year. In comparison, 20 percent of the respondents in Japan have adopted sustainable practices when purchasing items as of December 2023.
