In 2023, the education sector was the most accurate in reporting malicious e-mails, with 43 percent accuracy. Among all industry sectors observed, technology and legal ranked second, with a 39 percent accuracy rate, followed by marketing and advertising sectors, with 35 percent of reported malicious e-mails being accurate.
