During the September 2023 survey, 44 percent of responding brand and agency marketers from Europe stated that high-quality targeting was a benefit of of applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to digital advertising campaigns. The was the most frequently named benefit. Increased consumer engagement ranked second, mentioned by 42 percent of respondents.
