The value of investments held by insurance company Allstate peaked in 2006 and reached their lowest levels in 2020. In 2021, the investments of Allstate amounted to approximately 64.7 billion U.S. dollars, up from 59.5 billion U.S. dollars in 2020. Allstate sold off their life insurance business to the largest private equity firm globally, Blackstone, in 2021.
