United States - high school students who participated in binge drinking 2019

This statistic shows the share of American high school students in grades 9 to 12 who stated they have participated in binge drinking as of 2019. The results have been sorted by gender, ethnicity, and sexual identity. During the survey, about 17.3 percent of student respondents with a white, non-Hispanic background stated they have had five or more drinks of alcohol in a row within a couple of hours at least once during the 30 days before the survey.
