Best European Universities by Times Higher Education 2023

The highest ranked European university in 2023 according to Times Higher Education (THE) was the University of Oxford with a score of 96.4 out of 100, followed by the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London. Of the top 20 universities in the THE rankings, eight were in the United Kingdom, with four in the Netherlands, three in Germany, two in Switzerland, and one each in Belgium, France, and Sweden.
