The survey shows the reasons for having an affair in China in 2011. That year, two percent of those surveyed in China were of the opinion that cultural differences are a reason for having an affair.

7,742 men and 13,905 women took part in this survey. 58 percent of those surveyed were aged between 23 and 30 and had an income of between 2,001 and 5,000 yuan.

*Men become worse and worse the richer they get and women become richer when they become worse.
