Net profit/loss of Deutsche Bank 2012-2023
Deutsche Bank reported profits in every quarter throughout 2020, 2021, and 2022. In the fourth quarter of 2022, Deutsche Bank reported a net profit of approximately 1.98 billion euros, the highest in the observed period. 2022, in fact, was the best performing year for Deutsche Bank in terms of profit, with the highest quarterly profit since 2012. Profit of the German bank decreased in the first half of 2023 but remained relatively high, with the second quarter of 2023 seeing a net profit of 940 million euros.
