Customer satisfaction with customer service on buses in the United Kingdom 2013
This statistic indicates how bus users and non-users rate the politeness and helpfulness of bus service staff in the United Kingdom (UK), based on responses from a survey carried out in March 2013. 60 percent of users rate the customer service on buses as fairly or very good while only just over a quarter of non-users do the same. Almost half of non-users, however, do not know what the customer service quality is like.
